These Terms of Use govern your use of thekarvis.com.

The site is operated by Karvis Creative Solutions under the KARVIS master brand.

By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

thekarvis.com is the corporate and master-brand website of KARVIS.

It provides company, product, division, career, client-solution and contact information. It is not the application or database for KARVIS products.

The Website distinguishes, and you should read it as distinguishing:

• capabilities that are current;
• products in active development;
• products at a discovery or concept stage;
• client solutions;
• future plans.

Not every KARVIS product or feature described on the Website is commercially available today.

KARVIS OS is a cinematic intelligence platform in active development. KONNECTED is the business-automation division. Hiring Engine is the career-intelligence product. SAKHY is psychology-focused AI in discovery. SABOS is a client solution presented as a case study, not a multi-client product of this Website.

Standalone products and applications may require their own terms, agreements or privacy notices.

Those terms apply to the product environment. These Terms govern the corporate Website.

If you use the contact form or email us, you must give lawful and accurate information.

You must not submit malicious code, unlawful material, confidential third-party information you are not authorised to share, or abusive or spam content.

Do not send passwords, payment details or other highly sensitive information through the general contact form.

Submitting the contact form, or emailing us, does not by itself create:

• a customer relationship;
• an employment relationship;
• a partnership;
• an agency;
• an investment arrangement;
• a service contract.

A commercial engagement needs a separate written agreement or acceptance where that is required.

We aim to respond to genuine enquiries within 2 business days. That is an aim, not a service-level agreement.

Sending a CV or application does not guarantee an interview or employment.

The Website and KARVIS materials, including names, branding, copy, graphics, diagrams and other content we own or license, are protected by applicable law.

You may not copy them for commercial use, or present them as your own, except where the law allows or we agree in writing.

The KARVIS logo is an evolving brand mark. These Terms do not state that it is a registered trademark.

Links to other sites, or to future product environments, are for information. A link is not automatically an endorsement.

Those sites have their own terms. Once you leave thekarvis.com, their terms apply.

We may change, update, suspend or discontinue parts of the corporate Website.

We do not guarantee that the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

We aim to keep corporate information accurate.

Development plans, availability and specifications can change. A page that describes a direction is not a promise that the feature already exists.

Content on the Website is general company and product information.

It is not legal, medical, psychological, financial, employment or other regulated professional advice.

In particular, the SAKHY corporate page is not a live therapeutic, diagnostic or crisis service, and it is not a substitute for professional care.

You may not attempt to compromise, probe or bypass the security of the Website or the systems that host it.

You may browse the Website and ordinary search engines may index it, unless robots.txt or another control says otherwise.

You must not:

• commit fraud;
• impersonate a person or business;

• distribute malware;
• exploit vulnerabilities;
• attempt unauthorised access;
• attack credentials;
• attempt denial of service;
• interfere with the infrastructure;
• bypass rate limits or other security controls;
• send malicious automated submissions;
• scrape the site abusively;
• harvest personal information;
• infringe intellectual property or privacy;
• transmit harmful code;
• use the site in a way that materially burdens or disrupts it.

We may block, rate-limit or otherwise restrict access that we reasonably believe is abusive, harmful or disruptive.

Do not send confidential or proprietary material through the contact form unless a confidentiality arrangement already covers it.

We do not automatically claim ownership of every idea sent to us.

We may review an ordinary submission for the purpose for which you sent it.

The Website is provided on an “as available” basis.

To the extent the law allows, we do not warrant that every statement is complete, that every feature will remain, or that the site will meet a particular purpose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a right or warranty that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent the law allows, Karvis Creative Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the corporate Website.

We do not set a monetary cap in these Terms. Any cap for a paid engagement belongs in the agreement for that engagement, if one is agreed.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent the law allows, you are responsible for claims that arise from your unlawful use of the Website, your infringement of someone else’s rights, content you submit without authority, or your material breach of these Terms.

This section does not override mandatory consumer or other law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute cannot be resolved by contacting us first, courts of competent jurisdiction in Hyderabad, Telangana, India will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights or jurisdiction provided by applicable law.

We may update these Terms when the Website, the products we describe, or the law changes.

The date at the top of this page is the last-updated date.
