1. Who operates this website

thekarvis.com is operated by Karvis Creative Solutions, Hyderabad, Telangana, India, under the KARVIS master brand.

For this Privacy Policy:

  • “Karvis Creative Solutions”, “KARVIS”, “we”, “us” or “our” means Karvis Creative Solutions.
  • “Website” means thekarvis.com, the corporate and master-brand website.

Privacy and grievance contact:

We do not publish a personal mobile number on this page.

2. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to thekarvis.com, the KARVIS corporate and master-brand website.

It explains how we handle personal data when you browse the Website or send us a corporate enquiry.

Standalone KARVIS products, services, client systems and future applications may have their own privacy notices, terms and infrastructure. Those notices apply when you use those products. This policy does not describe product databases that are not part of this Website.

3. Information you provide

The corporate contact form may collect:

  • your name;
  • your email address;
  • an optional phone number;
  • an optional organisation or company name;
  • the enquiry category you select;
  • your message, including a short description of what you are trying to solve.

If you email us directly, we receive the address you write from, the content of your message, and any attachments you choose to send.

Please do not send passwords, payment details, government identity numbers, medical records or other highly sensitive information through the general contact form.

Submitting a contact enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing communications. A future newsletter, if we offer one, will require a separate affirmative choice.

4. Information processed automatically

When you visit the Website, our hosting and security infrastructure may process ordinary technical information needed to deliver and protect the site. Depending on the provider, this can include:

  • IP address or other network information;
  • browser and device information;
  • request and log information;
  • security and abuse indicators;
  • page and usage analytics through Vercel Web Analytics.

We describe this at the level we can verify from the implementation and the providers we use. We do not claim a more detailed inventory than that.

5. Why we use this information

We use Website and enquiry information to:

  • answer enquiries;
  • handle business, partnership and career communications;
  • operate and secure the Website;
  • prevent fraud, spam and abuse;
  • measure aggregate website usage;
  • comply with legal obligations;
  • protect KARVIS and users.

We aim to respond to genuine enquiries within 2 business days. That is an aim, not a guaranteed service level.

We do not sell personal data.

6. Marketing

Sending a contact enquiry does not enrol you in a mailing list.

We will not treat the contact form as consent for promotional newsletters. Any future newsletter will ask for a separate choice.

7. Service providers

We use service providers and vendors that may process data on our behalf or in connection with providing their services. For this Website, those categories currently include:

  • Vercel — website hosting, delivery, infrastructure, security and Web Analytics;
  • Resend — transmission of contact-form email;
  • Zoho Mail — company email, including the mailbox that receives enquiries;
  • Spaceship — domain and DNS infrastructure.

We do not label every vendor a “data processor” for every activity. The role depends on who decides the purpose of the particular processing.

Resend is used on our server. The Resend API key is not sent to your browser.

8. International processing

Some service providers may process information outside India. In particular, our contact-form email service, Resend, processes email transmission data in the United States and currently states that email and log data on its standard plans is retained for 30 days. Our company mailbox is provided separately through Zoho Mail. Other providers may process technical information in locations determined by their infrastructure and contractual arrangements.

9. How long we keep contact enquiries

The enquiry itself is delivered as email. We do not keep a separate contact-form database on this Website.

Ordinary corporate enquiries are generally retained for up to 12 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless a longer period is reasonably necessary for an active commercial relationship, a contract, accounting, a legal obligation, security, fraud prevention or a dispute.

Spam and junk may be deleted sooner, as soon as reasonably practical.

10. Security

We use safeguards appropriate to a corporate website, including:

  • HTTPS;
  • access controls and account security for company systems;
  • security headers on the Website;
  • abuse and rate-limit controls on the contact endpoint;
  • secure handling of secrets outside the source code;
  • reputable infrastructure providers;
  • monitoring and organisational safeguards.

No website or email system is absolutely secure. We do not claim that it is.

We do not publish firewall rules, secret values or other detail that would help someone attack the site.

11. Cookies and analytics

This Website does not use advertising cookies, Meta Pixel, Google Ads, or behavioural-marketing trackers.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to measure aggregate use of the Website. Vercel Web Analytics is designed to operate without traditional tracking cookies and does not track visitors across unrelated websites.

The browser may also store information that is technically necessary to load, route or secure the site.

We do not show a cookie-consent banner for this implementation. If we later add a non-essential tracker that requires consent, we will describe it here before relying on it.

12. Separate KARVIS products

The Website presents four areas: cinematic intelligence (KARVIS OS), business automation (KONNECTED), career intelligence (Hiring Engine) and psychology-focused AI (SAKHY). Their pages on this Website are corporate information. They are not the product applications.

SAKHY. The corporate page is informational. SAKHY is in discovery. It is not offered on this Website as a medical, diagnostic, therapeutic or crisis service. A future SAKHY application, account, conversation or memory feature would run in SAKHY’s own environment and would have its own privacy terms. This Website does not store SAKHY conversations.

Hiring Engine. The corporate page is informational. Accounts, resumes, profiles, matching information and other product-user data belong to Hiring Engine’s own environment and privacy notice, when that product environment is used. This Website does not store Hiring Engine accounts or resumes.

KONNECTED. The corporate page describes the business-systems division. Operational client and customer systems may use separate environments and their own contracts and privacy documents. This Website does not hold KONNECTED operational client data.

SABOS. SABOS appears only as a KARVIS-developed client solution and case study. SABOS operational and customer data is not stored as part of this Website’s contact or analytics system.

KARVIS OS. The corporate page describes the platform under development. Future product processing will use its own environment and appropriate terms and notices. This Website does not store KARVIS OS project or user data.

13. A future corporate information assistant

A public KARVIS information assistant is not live on this Website.

If we launch one, we will explain what it does and how it handles information before it goes live.

The intended design is that such an assistant would use approved corporate and product information. It should not automatically have access to private SAKHY, Hiring Engine, client, employee or internal-company databases.

14. Careers

Current applications and career enquiries should be sent to hr@thekarvis.com, or through the contact form with the Careers route, which is delivered to that address.

We do not operate an applicant database on this Website.

Candidate information received by email may be used for recruitment and related communication, and kept only as long as reasonably necessary. A separate recruitment notice will be used if the hiring workflow expands.

Sending a CV does not guarantee an interview or a job.

15. Team information

We may publish professional information about people who work with KARVIS, where that is appropriate and authorised.

Employee HR records are not public and are not part of this Website.

16. Your requests

You may contact us about:

  • access to personal data we hold about you;
  • correction of inaccurate information;
  • deletion or erasure where that applies;
  • withdrawal of consent where we rely on consent;
  • a privacy question or grievance;
  • other rights available under applicable law.

Write to info@thekarvis.com.

We may need to confirm that the request comes from you. Some requests are limited where the law requires us to keep information.

We will acknowledge and address grievances in line with applicable law. We do not state a statutory deadline here unless counsel confirms that the provision is in force and applies.

17. Children

This corporate Website is not designed as a children’s service.

We do not intentionally solicit unnecessary personal information from children through the general contact form.

This section is about the corporate Website. It is not a product age policy for a future SAKHY application.

18. Personal-data breaches

If a personal-data breach affects information we handle for this Website, we will respond in accordance with applicable law.

We do not hard-code a notification timetable in this policy. Any deadline that applies will be the one the law actually requires at the time.

20. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the Website, our providers or the law changes.

The date at the top of this page is the last-updated date. Material changes may also be noted on the Website.

21. Applicable law

We handle personal data for this Website with regard to:

  • the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023;
  • applicable provisions and rules under the DPDP framework that have been brought into force;
  • the Information Technology Act, 2000, and applicable rules, where they are relevant;
  • other applicable Indian law.

We do not claim a regulatory certification or a completed compliance audit.
